In-Home Services
Case Manager Laurie Lamont meets with people age 60 and older in their homes to determine what they need to remain independent in their homes. During the visit, a personalized assessment is completed, and a variety of services may be put into place to help the person. After services are put into place, Laurie makes contact with the person to ensure that the services are making a difference, and they are satisfied.
Laurie is also a Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) counselor. She provides unbiased assistance and help individuals navigate the Medicare and health insurance maze.
Laurie works very hard to connect services to people age 60 and older to ensure their highest level of independence in their home and community.
